sandi Chenoweth
Sandi is a North San Diego County native who has been a real estate professional since 1986, representing hundreds of buyers and sellers across all price ranges.
Prior to her real estate career, Sandi was an international flight attendant and purser for Former Trans World Airlines. She has been a Senior Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty since 1994, specializing in Global Luxury and relocation services. Sandi has earned recognition at the International President's Premiere, Elite, and Circle levels.
She holds multiple designations including GRI, Certified Negotiations Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist.
Active in her community, Sandi serves as President of Dreamkeepers, supporting the Family Recovery Center. She is a member of the North San Diego County Board of Realtors, Morgan Run Country Club, and the Top Producers Networking Group.
Fluent in Spanish, Sandi enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling, and reading. Married to Greg since 1971, they have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Originally from Orange County, Alyssa brings a strong background in business, marketing, and customer service. She graduated from Chapman University in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and joined Sandi’s team in July 2021.
In November 2023, Alyssa earned her California real estate salesperson license, further enhancing her ability to support clients through every step of the buying and selling process.
